CANCELLATION POLICY
No showing appointments, arriving too late to be accommodated or canceling after the 48 hour window may result in you being charged a 50-100% of the appointment cost. I am not able to accept cancellations via text or DM. Unfortunately, a lot of guests have used this as a means to bypass the cancellation fee. This fee is in place to protect myself as your artist. I am always happy to use this fee as a deposit towards your rescheduled appointments should circumstances suggest. Chronic tardiness and cancellations may result in being blocked from online booking.
